Long-Term Cultivation Contract
5 to 10-year contract cultivation agreements on members' own land — no land acquisition. Crops, acreage, and delivery windows are jointly planned each season.
Assured Pricing & Buy-Back
Pre-agreed floor prices with transparent indexation. 100% off-take of contracted Napier, maize, sorghum, and silage at the farmgate.
Inputs, Mechanisation & Advisory
Seed, drip irrigation, nano-fertilizers, bio-inputs, harvesters, and agronomy support delivered through the FPO — billed transparently against deliveries.
Silage Mitra Operating Model
Each FPO nominates and trains village-level Silage Mitras (preferably women SHGs) who operate harvest, ensiling, and quality control as a local micro-enterprise.
Digestate Return & Soil Restoration
Bio-fertilizer digestate from the CBG unit is returned to FPO members at preferential rates — closing the nutrient loop and rebuilding soil organic carbon.
Tripartite MoU & Governance
Tripartite MoU between Farmer — FPO/FPC — Dhakshhin Agropolis Ltd, with joint operating committee, quarterly reviews, and a 30-day grievance redressal SLA.
Capacity Building & Finance
ASTC skilling, bank/IFFCO/fertigation linkages for working-capital and equipment loans, crop & livestock insurance, and exposure visits to operating clusters.
Women-Centric Engagement
Women in leadership and governance, SHG shareholding, skill development, enterprise support, and financial inclusion — stronger families, stronger communities.
